How do salt help to reduce respiratory issues?

Salt has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, two factors which accelerate wound-healing. Once inhaled, salt particles help to clear the respiratory tract and break down mucous. The anti-inflammatory qualities of salt also help to repair and regenerate tissue in skin conditions. People have used natural Salt Caves for centuries, to relieve conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, eczema and psoriasis.

ML girls went to Singapore first and only salt cave!

The floor and wall are all filled with glittering salt and yes it taste salty.

We just had to recline in the lounge chair and relax as we breathe in fine particles of therapeutic-grade pure salt dispersed into the air by a nebuliser. As we breathe, negatively ionized salt particles will flow into the respiratory system, helping to relieve any breathing problems and bringing a deep state of relaxation for an hour.  Simple as that!

I can't stand siting for long and I end up siting on the salt ground building salt castle throughout the halo-therapy.
Best part is we are trap in a room to catch up!

The very salty wall!

hmm.. no 2nd time for me as I feel its too bored to be trap inside unless all the girls are with me.

To who are facing respiratory issues and keen to know more and try can refer to:
